On a Saturday morning at dawn, Hamas, supposedly ostensibly representing the Palestinian people, invaded Israel, hence initiating Palestine vs Israel war, causing widespread panic, mayhem, death, and destruction. No precursor event launched this attack, one of five over the last 25 years. The attack was punctuated by firing thousands of rockets all over Israel, overwhelming Israel’s vaunted Iron Dome and David’s Sling air defense system.
Unmasking the Motives: Enigma Behind The Attack:
With no chance of militarily defeating Israel, what precipitated the attack, and what is the deeper meaning for America and Israel, who have been joined at the hip almost since Israel’s inception? The answers might surprise you as we uncover deeper meaning to what at first is simply naked aggression masked as a desire to see a Palestinian State.
Forget for a moment the origins of how Sunni Hamas wound up controlling Gaza City and how Shia Hezbollah came to dominate the West Bank of Israel along with the Palestinian Authority, the nominal government for the Palestinian territories and closely aligned with the Fatah political party. The bit players on the ground are the pawns in what’s going on. The real players are Iran and other Arab countries that use the Palestinian situation to settle scores at times while at other times feign concern for the Palestinians, who represent a destabilizing force in the Middle East that threatens the stability of several host nations like Jordan (where they tried to topple the country), Syria, Lebanon, Egypt, and Saudia Arabia where together, more than five million live, mostly in camps, and, mainly living in poverty.
Iran and its proxies state Israel is a pariah nation that should not exist. And that Allah has promised them that they will eventually be returned to their ‘rightful’ lands. This is the basis for all the terrorism that has been the hallmark of the Palestinian experience since 1948. Missing from the debate is that there has never been a Palestinian country…ever. Upon the creation of Israel in 1948, the Grand Mufti in Egypt ordered all Arabs living in the new State of Israel to leave or be killed. Khaled el-Azm, Syrian Prime Minister after the 1948 War, in his 1972 memoirs, states:
“In listing the reasons for the Arab failure in 1948, Khaled al-Azm (Syrian Prime Minister) notes that “Since 1948, it is we who have demanded the return of the refugees, while it is we who made them leave. We brought disaster upon a million Arab refugees by inviting them and putting pressure on them to leave. We have accustomed them to begging…we have participated in lowering their morale and social level…Then we exploited them in executing crimes of murder, arson, and throwing stones upon men, women, and children…all this in the service of political purposes…”
Enter the Blood Deal – Palestine vs Israel:
For my hyper-conservative friends, yes, Oil is at the root of the Middle East’s almost magnetic power and pull. Without oil, the Middle East would be much like Africa, at least as far as the world and particularly America are concerned. Oil is our demi-god. We deal with the Middle East out of necessity, for oil is the fuel that fuels the engine of the world and, therefore, gives outsized power and influence to an otherwise dreary part of the world. The Palestinians have been made into the fulcrum of this area of the world. President Trump made peace between Israel and several Arab countries through the ground-breaking Abraham Accords, which ignored the Palestinian question for the first time and also led to the moving of our embassy to Jerusalem after decades of hand-wringing. Iran and its proxies hated that peace and swore to destroy the deal and prevent the main country that matters, Saudia Arabia, from coming to peace with Israel. Without the Palestinian question as its nexus issue, the Middle East would be radically different from the last 75 years. People and countries can’t allow this to happen. This is the proximate reason for the events of October 7th.
An existential crisis for a free people is our desire to do the right thing, the moral thing, vs. the reality of evil facing us head-on. The main objective of the invasion of Israel was twofold:
- Show that Israel was vulnerable and divided, especially since Israel was in the midst of a deep conversation on the powers of its Supreme Courtand that of the Knesset.
- Capture as many hostages as possible. Use the emotional power of that horrible and calculated action to gain leverage.
In this short piece today, information is still coming in fast and furious. Hamas thinks they have gained considerable leverage to disarm Israel and broaden the conflict, thereby increasing its power and prestige. We must make sure that they can do neither. Those hostages are no longer kidnapped individuals. They are, profoundly and regrettably, prisoners of war, or if you prefer, human shields. No one should negotiate with hostage-takers; you cannot wage war by putting those same prisoners above your objectives in this Palestine vs Israel war. To do so presents a Scythian task that will prevent an acceptable resolution to the horrible calculus of war thrust upon Israel.
Always Deal From Strength:
With this horrible situation in mind, the correct response for Israel and America is to do whatever is possible to destroy the enemy, no matter the cost. They are already calling this Israel’s Pearl Harbor or 9-11. And it is. Israel must act like it and do whatever it can to destroy the immediate enemy, show Iran the metaphorical door once and for all by eliminating its ability to create a nuclear bomb, and temper any other group or countries (I heard the Taliban is seeking to join in) ardor to have some good fun and kill some more Jews at the same time.
Iran and its various proxies and supporters, such as Russia, China, and North Korea, will closely watch the support and resolve shown in support of Israel in this Palestine vs Israel war. Their calculus and decisions will only be tempered by a no-holes-barred reaction to the mass slaughter of men, women, and children, done with absolute glee and blood lust.
Media Manipulation: Strategy Behind Gaza Conflict Coverage
Over the coming weeks and months, you will see an ever-changing view of what’s happening in Gaza and elsewhere in the media. Hamas and Iran fully expect massive casualties among the people living in Gaza; they don’t care. They want the world to forget about dead babies and focus on the ‘inhumanity’ of mutilated, starving, or dead Gazans. We dare not let them win the public relations war. This is truly our Achilles heel, and our enemies know it. Don’t fall for the fallacy of equivalency. Fight this war as brutally and forcefully as possible, win it outright, and send Hamas and Iran to hell while we still can. Iran will shortly have the bomb and a means of delivering it. That is the true evil we cannot tolerate.
This is the conservative response, this is the moral response, and this is the only response that, in the long term, will ensure peace and stability in an area of the world that has not known any in a millennium. We can never forget that what happens in one part of the world is only a few hours away from us and that evil will find us here just as quickly. This is the Promised Land. If Jews can’t live in peace in Israel, where will they go?

You mentioned in your Article, that Allah has promised them that they will eventually be returned to their ‘rightful’ lands. This is the basis for all the terrorism that has been the hallmark of the Palestinian experience since 1948.
Can you tell me what terrorism is? If fighting for your own land & it’s people is terrorism, then what America was doing in Afghanistan using his soldiers & enemy, why won’t you called that terrorism? Isn’t it a hypocrisy?
This is the Promised Land. If Jews can’t live in peace in Israel, where will they go?
Why don’t you give them space in America for living… What’s stopping you from doing that?
This is a very detailed description of the actual connections and the various reasons and their meanings that keep the hierarchy of power working. As a result, regardless of the individual necessities each party/group wants to gain or relies on, Israel must take action and not stop until Hamas, Hezbolla are defeated and Iran goes back into its corner of the world.
